Health Requirements for Incoming Students
All new students must submit the following documentation:
- Undergraduate/Postbac Student Health Form
- Graduate Student Health Form
- Please print the form and take it your health care provider to be filled out.
- A record of all required immunizations: Please enter the dates of the required immunizations on the Patient Portal by July 1. Page 3 of the Health Services Form has a list of required immunizations. If you are unable to access your immunization records, you must be re-immunized or have a blood test to prove immunization.
- SHS Medical History; please complete this form via the Patient Portal by July 1.
- Communications Preference form; please complete this form via the Patient Portal by July 1.
- Exemption Form for Required Vaccines:
Forms can be uploaded via the Patient Portal.
Undergraduate/ Postbac forms are due by July 1.
Graduate forms are due by July 1.
Students who have a chronic health or mental condition, we are happy to speak with you if needed. Questions regarding a medical exemption. You will be able to meet with the director of medical services and/or director of counseling services to become familiar with our services.

Regular Health and Wellness Center Hours
Health and Wellness Center Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 am – 5 pm by appointment. Please call 610-526-7360 to schedule an appointment.
In addition, Medical Services offers extended hours until 7pm on Monday and Thursday.
Counseling services may offer evening groups throughout the academic year.
What to do if you need health care when the Health and Wellness Center is closed:

Free Mental Health Support is available for all currently enrolled BMC students on or off campus through MYSSP.

For those outside the U.S. and Canada, here is information on avoiding international dialing fees while using MySSP abroad. Information about use abroad can also be found in the app. MySSP which provides confidential 24/7 free counseling to all students. Students can also access the service 24/7 by calling 1-844-451-9700. What to do in an after-hours crisis:
